SHIPPING POLICY AND INFORMATION
All of our pricing includes
SHIPPING-HANDLING-INSURANCE
to the USA (48) ONLY- Hawaii and Alaska must get a price quote first.
Unfortunately no international shipping.
YOU MUST CHECK YOUR PRODUCT ON ARRIVAL
If your item is damaged upon arrival: You must
report it immediately to the shipping company, shippers will not honor any
damage complaint a week later
ANY MANUFACTURERS DEFECTS HAVE TO BE
REPORTED IMMEDIATELY A DEFECT WILL NOT BE HONORED IF NOT REPORTED WITHIN
48 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCT.
THIS WILL GIVE YOU A FAIR AMOUNT OF TIME TO CHECK YOUR PRODUCT OVER FOR ANYTHING

Shipping Time: We usually ship an item within 3 business days.
Unless there is a back order / special request /
special order / or Holiday Shipping. We will notify you of any delays or requirements on special orders.
Delivery Time: 5-12 BUSINESS DAYS Usually
(Some exceptions to the time depending on variants and
holidays)
We do not have tracking #'s
available due to the amount of items
shipped and we ship from several locations around the
country. Please allow time for your package to arrive. We do not
control the shippers! If you do not receive your package in a reasonable
amount of time, please contact us for information and we will try to
locate it and if it is lost we will work with you on
any resolution.
ALL EXPEDITED SHIPPING, INCLUDING SHIPPING TO ALASKA AND HAWAII MUST GET A QUOTE

All of our specialty items are sold as a final sale, we have
absolutely no
returns, as all of our items are of the special nature.
There is also NO REFUNDS on any riding toy, kart, go kart, airplane,
or any product we carry.
This of course does
not include any problems with manufacturer defects or shipping damage as explained
above. We will make sure that the product manufacturer is aware of ANY
DEFECTIVE merchandise and will handle that problem in an efficient manner
coinciding with Pedal Car USA's policies. You are
free to email or call with any questions on any items and be sure to read
all the dimensions and information on each product you are interested in
BEFORE you make your purchases. Pedal Car USA also,
does not offer any opinions on the sizes of your kids and how they will
grow in the near future to fit in any of our ride on vehicles. The ages
listed are a guideline and not a fact for all children
Pre-Orders are special in the sense you are essentially
reserving your specialty item as soon as that item becomes available. We
will not cash checks or charge any cards until that particular item you
preordered is ready to ship or is on the way from
manufacturers. If for some reason the product is not brought to market. You will be given the option of a full refund
on any items that will not arrive.
Manufacturer delays are a fact of life and does not cancel any preorders.
Make sure you understand about preorders before you place your order. Otherwise
your pre-order is a contract to purchase when the item becomes available.
NO REFUNDS ON PRE ORDERED ITEMS. -- NO EXCEPTIONS. We order all these
