We want everyone to know that we got in to this business for fun 7 years ago and in that time we have had a great time with the customers and people that we have talked with and sold our product to. We have not been perfect , but we have given 100 % each and every time and do the best we can if any problem arises. Even if you don't buy from us, we try to answer any questions you may have or refer you to someone that can help. We do these things because this is fun for us and we each have been in the service industry for 25 years and really know what its like for people on a daily basis. Good & bad.  So in that light , please help us in our quest for the problems listed below.

We have had people that steal and use our images / designs pages / and our name. 
We are appalled at the type of people that are out there in this world that take advantage of the all hard work we have put into our business and this web site. We work each and every week to make this fun for all, but these type of people are continuing to do illegal things and anticipate that no one will care instead of doing the work themselves! It is called stealing, there is no two ways about it and its a shame that we even have to deal with these types of people, or even post this notice, but I suppose in each business there is always people that want to steal better work than their own because they don't take the time to do it themselves or are incapable of doing it.

The facts speak for themselves and people like this will always try to say different things and fabricate stories, but the facts are the facts-in BLACK and WHITE for everyone to take a look for themselves.

 IMAGES and DESIGN pages have also been utilized by many others who just think by downloading it they can use it. This is a COPYRIGHT VIOLATION. All of our images and pages are copyrighted by us and are not for use by anyone without written authorization.

The 55 Classic Cruiser on the market currently is NOT Licensed by Chevrolet and will not be - Contrary to what some other websites are saying-this car has NEVER been licensed by Chevrolet.  Nor is Pedal Car USA in anyway affiliated with the US Pedal Car (pedalcar.com same people) company who distributes these. This company is NOT a reliable company as far as Pedal Car USA is concerned and has illegally traded on a Pedal Car USA similar name - I appreciate all the honest people that have let us know what is going on with people like this company.
